We offer a unique approach to international markets using the methodology and principles of Project Management under the guidelines of PMI.
Since 2004 we have been applying this methodology planning and successfully executing a series of international expansion projects in virtually all regions of the world, our model has been extensively tested.
Although each project is unique and unrepeatable, we have developed our own methodological framework which broadly covers the following aspects:
- Apply an initial questionnaire of main project needs, confirming and extending the information if necessary.
- Develop a proposal for the general framework of your project including main points.
- WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
- MPS (Master Project Schedule).
- Total budget for developing the project.
We´ll translate the needs expressed by each customer for its projects. We´ll make appropriate suggestions based on our own experience and in the case these are approved we would include them in the general framework of the project.
An international project includes at least the following aspects to consider:
- Commercial viability; cost, pricing, profitability.
- Evaluation and selection of markets.
- Legal, regulatory and fiscal framework.
- Regulatory aspects and products registration.
- Entry strategy including possible legal vehicles.
- Business strategy to be developed.
- Transfer pricing and entry prices.
- Operations and logistics plan, including manufacturing, purchasing and inventory, as required.
